When you obtain your Commercial Driver’s License using BNTR’s certified vehicles, you own your license from day one. As long as you keep up with renewals, it’s yours—no strings attached.
Unlike other companies that may offer instruction in exchange for control, BNTR does not hold your license in escrow or tie it to employment contracts. In many cases, other providers retain ownership of your license for six months to a year, paying you less than your true value. If you leave or are terminated, you risk losing your license or endorsements altogether.

At Berry N Transit CDL Bus Rental (BNTR), we make the path to your Commercial Driver’s License straightforward and empowering.
When you rent with BNTR, you’ll have three opportunities to take your CDL test at the DMV over a three-month period. Each attempt includes the full testing sequence:

✅ Road Test
If all three attempts are used, an additional full rental fee will be required to continue.
BNTR provides certified and insured vehicles—approved by the State of Illinois—to support your testing process. We assist you in obtaining a Class B Commercial Driver’s License, complete with:
